Color Club Shopper Program: FAQ’s
What if I’m a new shop owner who has never hosted a program like this? Will this work for me?
YES! This program will guide you each step of the way and help build your in-house program processes. By the end, you’ll be more confident to host additional programs for your shoppers.
Are the bonus projects physical printed patterns?
Each bonus project is delivered by email through a print-on-demand file. This allows you to be in full control of your printing needs. These project patterns will not be physically shipped by mail.
Organization is hard for our shop. How can this help keep us on track?
The in-house printable sheets are social media scripts are the perfect way to stay on track. I suggest that you print out the program and create a simple Color Club binder for the back office. Each section can be divided with tabs for easy finding.
We are trying to build our social media pages for the shop, can this help?
YES! These scripts are perfect for you. Included in the Ulitmate Sundae package are Newsletter, Facebook, and Instagram scripts. They range from program announcements to quick check-ins. Each script is written in an upbeat and friendly tone making it perfect for you to copy and paste.
Can I print and sell the print-on-demand bonus projects?
Yes! The bonus projects are designed to be printed at your local office supply store as needed. From there, you are welcome to kit the supplies or offer classes around the projects as a bundle.
How will the program be delivered and how quickly?
Right after purchase, you’ll receive a download link to your Welcome Package. This way you can review the basics and start your planning. The balance of the program patterns and videos will be available in May.
When will the new Sewing Loft patterns be released and do they use the Color Club fabric collection?
New printed Sewing Loft patterns will be released in Q4 but as a Shop Club Member, you will receive an early access pass for planning. While the patterns feature the Color Club fabric collection, you are welcome to kit from any fabrics you have in inventory.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this program, there are no refunds. If you are having an issue, however, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll help you out!
