Dudes, I’ve been crazy sick so this quote is speaking to me right now. I have always loved this saying and I wish somebody knew who said it.
Who is “unknown” anyway? Imagine how well-known they’d be if we only knew. What. A. Pity. The moral of the story? If you’re going to come up with a great quote, put your darn name on it!
If you want to hop on over for a visit, I’m sharing some images of my new sewing table (which is actually an old dressing table I scored off of Craigslist) along with my groovy new pin cushion. For someone who has used a classic red tomato pin cushion all her life, this one is rocking my socks off. Hint-hint: it has false eyelashes!
In all seriousness though, one of my goals this winter is to make a quilt. With friends like you, I know I can do it. Now that I’ve announced it I hope you hold me to it!!

I purchased your new pattern for the hexagon baby quilt and wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying making this cute quilt. Did you sew the hexies onto just the top or did you sew through 3 layers to quilt as you go? Thank you………
