The bags are unpacked, laundry is in the wash and now I am starting to think about all the wonderful friends I have made along the way. As I mentioned in the quick post Monday, it was amazing. Honestly, I am not sure how to even begin writing about everything. There is just so much to process. So, I think I am going to break it down into a few posts, hit the high points and share some fun photos.
From the minute I arrived at the airport Wednesday I could feel the energy build, this was going to be a fun trip. Waiting for the plane to board, I overheard a few ladies talking about something crafty and I could not help myself, I needed to ask if they were attending. Sure enough, they were.
At the hotel, it was time to check in, pick up my registration packet and explore before dinner. I wanted to find out where all the classes would be held and get my name on the Etsy Shop Review list!
Then off to dinner to meet up with a few creative ladies!
Thursday am I was up at the crack of dawn! {actually, 4:30ish to be more specific- now, understand I am an early bird but this was just too early!} I was off to breakfast and a fast round of “speed dating”. To be honest, speed dating is not my cup of tea and completely put me in a tail spin. Lucky for me, my “first date” Wendy was a complete doll about it!
Then my day was jam packed with Breakout Sessions, Keynote Speakers and so much more. Here is the quick hit list for the day-
Content & Community Building Around Craft- With some amazing speakers… Corinne Leigh, Marie LeBaron, Mena Trott
Keynote Luncheon- Nora Abousteit, Becky Higgins & Stacy Jilian
Growing Your Reach- Amy Turn-Sharp, Becky Jorgensen, Crissie Herron
Introduction for Creative Bloggers- Wendy Piersall (that’s right, my 1st date!) Gina Luker, Amanda Rettke, Traci Bautista
Intersection of Craft, Passion and Sustainability- Karen Walrond, Kathy Cano- Murillo, Mena Trott
Welcome Dinner- Cristina Ferrare, Holly Becker
After dinner it was more connecting and off to the market to drop off (aka- sneak in) my little ladies at the Enchanted Make Overs booth. While there, I got a sneak peak at some of the most talented crafters setting up their space.
Check out a few other incredibly talented ladies…
Anna & Caitlyn from Frank About Women– Marketing Service
Lisa from Wallflower Art Boutique – Artwork & Prints perfect for Home Decor & Children
Erin from 123 Cute As Can Be– Embroidery (just love her “Gotcha Day” to celebrate that special day for adoptive families!)
Karen from The Graphics Fairy– Vintage Images & Crafty Projects, you so need to check this out!

Carol from Carol Van Zandt– Textile Surface & Pattern Design (keep a close watch on this one- new line of prints happening later this year!)

Wow, that was one long, crazy fun day.
Stay tuned for more TCC adventures!
