I can’t help but think of our teachers with school being back in session. I know it’s corny but just the simple gesture of bringing a small gift like an apple can go a long way. That’s why this week’s design is the Apple Quilt Block.
But really, the Apple quilt block has so many possibilities. Think about the fall season with apple picking, fresh-baked pies, and apple crisps… Oh, I can smell the kitchen now!
There is just something about fall that I love so much. The turning of the leaves, the crisp cool air, and the sudden urge to bake, all are in my future!

Apple Quilt Block
This easy-to-make quilt block is available in 12″ & 6″ finished sizes. It is perfect for using up your smaller scraps and your favorite prints.
Even though the average apple is red, I dream of caramel-coated and candy apples. So, I’m sure whatever fabrics you stitch up will look amazing!
