The mitten quilt block from last week is adorable but no outfit would be complete without a cute hat. So this weeks Blocks 2 Quilt pattern is a snow cap quilt block! It’s perfect for keeping us warm while walking the dogs, playing in the snow or even hiking the trails.

Material & Tool Supply List:

The pom pom just makes me smile. This simple patchwork construction makes quick work of your time at the machine. While the block is easy to make, I’m going to say it’s perfect for the confident beginner because some of the cut pieces in  the 6″ finished block are small in size.

  1. Thanks for the hat pattern to accompany the mitten patterns.

  2. Thank you for the hat patterns to accompany the mitten patterns. They are each adorable. The timing is very on target for the weather here as the weather is changing for the colder tonight. You have us off to a great start for this year. Many thanks.
