Christmas wishes do come true!
The machine has been powered down and for the next few days, the focus is on family. My folks arrived yesterday to help celebrate the season. They came armed with goodies from home. Plenty of smiles and hugs to go around. Heck, even a big box of butter cookies from my favorite NJ bakery!
Secretly, my girls wanted snow tucked in their bags but no such luck for us in the south. For the next few days we will be putting our holiday decor to the test enjoying fun family time, holiday cheer and soaking up the spirit of the season. We even have a few birthdays to celebrate but our biggest wish has four little legs attached. Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us as we wait to hear back from the French Bulldog Rescue Network on the adoption process on the early side of the new year.
