All year long we’ve been stitching our Heartland Heritage blocks and last week I shared my final block, the simple tree. The tree block and bonus layout were just the right amount of sewing for me to squeeze into the busy holiday schedule.
Now that my blocks are complete it’s time to share a new layout. This Heartland Heritage bonus layout uses one of each block and is a quick stitch.
Heartland Heritage Bonus Layout
If you are just joining the fun now, you will need the following:
- Heartland Heritage Pattern
- Assorted fabric scraps or 24 fat quarters
The layout allowed me to use the leftovers from my fat quarter bundle while adding a splash of color. I’m pretty smitten with how it turned out.
