You know I love to sew with friends so when Pat Sloan & Sarah Maxwell asked me to a ride on the Dandy Drive, I was all in!
Last week I shared my 9 patch blocks which I used as the center of my flowers. Here is a quick look back but you can see more here.
Today is all about turning those blocks into flowers! These blocks are a great way to practice your points.
I kept my Dandy Drive Flower block scrappy by mixing it up with another fabric. This helps me clear out my stash and gets me closer to buying more fabric!!

I really love the way they are coming together and look forward to seeing the whole thing finished. Since my girls are on spring break this week, I’m running behind on completing my blocks but I can’t wait to catch up once they are back in school.
Ready to sew along? The Dandy Drive quilt pattern is free and you can get the instructions here. Plus, each week you can enter to win fun prizes to help keep you stitching along.
Tucked inside this weeks Dandy Drive Flower block goodie bag is a fat quarter bundle of Sunday Drive by Pat Sloan. It’s a great builder to add to your stash. Enter to win here or grab it now here.
