Spring cleaning is more than house chores for me. Instead, it means that I need to clear out my UFO’s and turn them into something usable. Now, that doesn’t mean that I have to finished the original project. Instead, I like to challenge myself to create something totally different and completely useable.

The tote bag on the left is great done with strips. Do you have the pattern?

Don’t you just love the way that turned out!! It started as a crazy block (https://thesewingloftblog.com/sewing-with-scrapscrazy-square-block-2/) and was put on hold forever. Then I transferred it to bosal foam base and continued. I used the tote bag tutorial (number 25 on my list) as a guide to finish it up. I lined it and put the pocket on the inside. It was really just an improv piece.

Hi Heather. I have not been able to find the applique pattern for the Sewing Machine Cover, Item #20. Clicking on the link to Craftsy indicates that something went wrong. Has it been removed? Thanks for the great patterns. Love them.

Hello Ellen,
Thank you for the note. Craftsy recently made changes to their site and removed many designer patterns. While many of mine are still active on their site, others need to be updated and moved to another location. I’ll keep you posted.
